The high efficiency continuous wave TEM00-mode Nd: YAG laser with pump laser diode end-pumped is reported. The maximum output is 0.65W, the slope efficiency is 51% and the optical-optical efficiency is up to 40.6%. The coupling optical system and Device Structure of Diode Pumped Nd: YAG Laser.
