目的:建立千柏鼻炎片中大黄酚含量的HPLC测定方法。方法:色谱柱为SunFire C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱,流动相为甲醇-水(90:10),流速为1.0ml·min~(-1),检测波长为256nm。结果:大黄酚在0.03~0.21μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均回收率为97.4%,RSD为0.5%(n=5)。结论:方法准确可靠,简单易行,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of chrysophanol in Qianbai Biyan Tablets. Methods: The column was a SunFire C 18 (250mm×4.6mm, 5μm) column. The mobile phase was methanol-water (90:10). The flow rate was 1.0ml·min -1 and the detection wavelength was 256nm. Results: The chrysophanol showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 0.03-0.21 μg. The average recovery was 97.4% for r=0.999 9, and the RSD was 0.5% (n=5). Conclusion: The method is accurate, reliable, simple and easy to use and can be used for quality control of the preparation.
