结合宁波市杭州湾新区跨十塘横江桥工程实例,介绍了计算机连接SOKKIA全站仪,利用MATLAB语言具体实现了二者的通讯,设计了钢结构桥梁塔柱的安装测量程序。运用三维空间直角坐标系转换原理,通过自定义坐标系与桥梁工程坐标系的空间位置关系,利用制作的测量工件得到的棱镜中心点坐标测量值与其在自定义坐标系下的坐标值的对应关系,计算了自定义坐标系与工程坐标系的13个转换参数,由转换参数计算钢结构节段上口角点坐标值,以指导钢结构节段的安装。
Combined with the case of cross-Jiangqiao project across Hangzhou Bay in Hangzhou Bay, this paper introduces the computer-connected SOKKIA Total Station, and realizes the communication between the two by using MATLAB language. The installation and measurement procedures of steel tower pylon are designed. By using the conversion principle of Cartesian coordinate system in three-dimensional space, the relationship between the measured value of center point of prism and the coordinate value in custom coordinate system is obtained by means of defining the spatial relationship between coordinate system and bridge engineering coordinate system , 13 conversion parameters of the custom coordinate system and engineering coordinate system are calculated, and the coordinates of the upper corners of the steel structure segments are calculated from the conversion parameters to guide the installation of the steel structure segments.
