本文采用液相色谱—质谱联用法（LC／MS），对一种蛋白质—细胞色素C（Cyt．C）的胰蛋白酶酶解产物进行了质量肽谱分析，确定了各肽段在蛋白质中的位置。并用串联质谱（MS／MS）分析了大部分肽段的序列，均获得满意的结果。
In this study, mass spectrometry of tryptic digests of a protein, cytochrome C (Cyt.C), was carried out by liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC / MS) position. The results of tandem mass spectrometry (MS / MS) analysis of most of the peptides showed satisfactory results.
