开展一人一事的思想政治工作是党的优良传统,是企业思想政治工作的有效方法。近年来,长庆油田第三采油厂针对企业改革不断深入、员工价值观念不断转变、需求日益多元化的现状,按照“贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近群众”的方针,坚持以人为本的理念,以“做细、做透、做实”为着力点,采取差异化的访谈方式,有针对性地做好不同个体的思想引导和教育,探索形成“一人一事一访谈”工作法,增强了思想政治工作的吸引力和感召力。
