通过模拟实验,研究动物长期摄取镉污染地区大米对其健康的影响。观察动物生长曲线、肝肾脏器系数、免疫机能改变、病理形态学改变及肝肾中镉含量检查。结果表明:镉对动物的免疫功能具有抑制作用,特别是细胞免疫功能;镉可在肝肾中大量蓄积,使肝肾组织细胞发生变性,重者可致细胞坏死性改变;长期摄取含镉量为1.0ppm左右的大米,即可对机体产生不良影响。
Through simulation experiments, the effects of long-term intake of rice in cadmium-contaminated areas on the health of animals were studied.
