即刻义齿是拔牙前先将可摘义齿做好,拔牙后立 即戴入。为研究即刻义齿修复后颌面部肌肉的功能状况,作者观察55例患者,年龄25~50岁。戴义齿前和戴入即刻义齿后1,3,6个月检查嚼肌、颞肌和舌骨上肌群的肌电图变化,评定肌肉的功能状况。 检查结果如下:①戴义齿前嚼肌和颞肌生物电位降低,戴义齿后逐渐增高。嚼肌生物电位(μV)正常为158,戴义齿前为67.4,戴义齿后1,3,6个月分别为80,103和126。颞肌生物电位(μV)正常为142,戴义齿前为59.4,戴义齿后1,3,6个月分别为74.9,95.1和118。②戴义齿前舌骨上肌群生物电位升高,戴义齿后逐渐下降。戴义齿前为54.3μV,戴义齿后1,3,6个月分别降至49.1,42.6和41.3μV。③戴义齿前嚼肌和颞肌及舌骨上肌群生物电位比值降低,戴义齿后逐渐升
Denture immediately before the extraction of removable dentures do a good job, pull out immediately after tooth extraction. To study the function of immediate dentures in the repair of maxillofacial muscles, the authors observed 55 patients aged 25-50 years. The electromyographic changes in the muscles of the chewing muscles, temporal muscles and hyoid muscles were measured before and 1, 3 and 6 months after wearing dentures, and the functional status of the muscles was assessed. The test results are as follows: ① Denture chewing muscle and temporal muscle biopotential reduction, gradually increased after wearing denture. The masculine muscle potential (μV) was normal at 158, pre-denture at 67.4, and at 1, 3, and 6 months after wearing dentures were 80, 103 and 126, respectively. Temporal muscle biopotential (μV) was normal 142, 59.4 before wearing denture, 1,3,9 months after denture were 74.9,95.1 and 118, respectively. (2) The biopotentials of the hyoid muscles before wearing denture increased gradually, and then gradually decreased after wearing denture. Before denture was 54.3μV, the denture decreased to 49.1, 42.6 and 41.3μV respectively at 1, 3 and 6 months after wearing denture. (3) The ratio of biopotential of the frontal muscles and the temporal muscles and the hyoid muscles in the Denture decreased, and gradually increased after wearing the denture
