采用组胺与体外培养的人胚口腔粘膜成纤维细胞共同培养(实验组),光镜、电镜对培养的成纤维细胞进行形态观察和形态计量分析。结果表明:①组胺可促使成纤维细胞呈复层生长。②实验组成纤维细胞粗面内质同、线粒体的体密度、面密度增大,比表面减小,线粒体的数密度增大,与对照组比较差异有显著性。提示:组胺可促进成纤维细胞增生,增生的成纤维细胞功能活跃,间接证实肥大细胞在口腔粘膜下纤维性变发病过程中的促进作用。
Histamine was incubated with human embryonic oral mucosa fibroblasts in vitro (experimental group). Morphological observation and morphometric analysis of the cultured fibroblasts were performed by light microscope and electron microscope. The results showed that: (1) histamine can promote the fibroblasts to grow in layers. ②Compared with the control group, fibroblast rough endoplasmic reticulum and mitochondrion body density and surface density increased, the specific surface area decreased and the number density of mitochondria increased. The difference was significant compared with the control group. Histamine can promote the proliferation of fibroblasts, proliferative fibroblasts active, indirectly confirmed mast cells in oral submucosal fibrosis in the process of promoting the role.
