2013年2月重庆市万州区疾病预防控制中心接到某镇自来水厂水源污染疫情报告,经现场卫生学调查、投药地点物品,以及有关部门水质监测资料,证实此起水源污染事件系人为用甲氰菊酯毒鱼所致。该文对此起污染事件的调查处置过程进行了介绍并指出甲氰菊酯破坏了流经水域生态,污染段水域鱼蟹几乎全部死亡,给当地居民饮水带来潜在威胁,认为有效落实各项应急处置措施是保障人民群众身体健康与生命安全的关健。
In February 2013, Wanzhou District Center for Disease Control and Prevention in Chongqing received a report on the water pollution in a water plant in a certain town. After investigation on site hygiene, materials for the place of administration, and water quality monitoring data of the relevant departments, it was confirmed that the water pollution incident was caused by a Cypermethrin toxic fish caused. The paper introduced the survey and disposal process of the pollution incidents and pointed out that fenpropathrin destroyed the ecological system that flows through the waters. Almost all of the fish and crabs in the polluted waters died, posing a potential threat to drinking water for local residents. Emergency measures to protect people’s health and life safety is the key.
