党的十一届三中全会以来,我们企业组的同志在围绕着如何提高企业盈利水平,为国家筹集建设资金,改善人民生活这个题目去考虑问题和工作.去年洛宁县电管所经济效益的提高,是我们从这方面努力的集中表现.下面谈谈我们是怎样帮助企业提高经济效益的.一、利用会计信息,为经济决策服务1981年上半年我们发现洛宁电管所不仅没有完成利润计划,反而亏损6,699元.为此,立即组织力量深入企业了解情况.通过数据对比分析,发现主要原因是企业管理不严,经济责任制不落实,形成电损率商造成的.据统计全所1981年1-6月份电损率高达46.23%,比地区规定指标高24.23%.为了落实经济责任制,我们与企业共同研究,把经济责
