党的十七届六中全会提出了“提高全民族文明素质,增强国家文化软实力,弘扬中华文化,努力建设社会主义文化强国”的方针。文章指出,广告设计专业作为国家文化软实力建设中的一部分,亟须进一步改革人才培养方法,根据市场需要,建立特色化、专业化和科学化的广告设计人才培养模式,与国家建设社会主义文化强国的文化改革发展奋斗目标相适应。
