肾鹿角状结石体外震波碎石术(ESWL)后最严重的并发症是输尿管“石街”的形成。防治“石街”形成,过去常采取输尿管插管的方法,其缺点是插入有结石的肾盂较困难,操作时间过长,膀胱刺激症状严重,因此,不宜长时间留置。且碎石排泄不良,易发生持续发热等。针对上述问题,研制出一种新型输尿管导管,用于12例肾鹿角状结石ESWL的病例。材料:新型输尿管导管采用较硬的聚乙烯,外径20.mm,内径1.19mm;上端呈1圈半的盘管状,下端呈小圆形,以下圈的上端为基点,向上每隔1cm做3个标记,作为防止错误插入输尿管内的标记。根据
