目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定芪胶升白胶囊中苦参碱的含量。方法:采用ZORBAX Extend C18分析柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);甲醇-乙腈-10mmol/L乙酸铵溶液(35∶35∶30;pH=8.5)为流动相;检测波长220nm;流速1mL.min-1;柱温为25℃。结果:苦参碱在0.0468～4.2287μg内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);回收率为98.7%,RSD=1.21。结论:方法准确、回收率和重现性好,可用于芪胶升白胶囊的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of matrine in stilbene capsule. METHODS: ZORBAX Extend C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase was methanol-acetonitrile-10 mmol / L ammonium acetate solution (35:35:30; pH = 8.5) -1; the column temperature is 25 ℃. Results: There was a good linear relationship between the concentration of matrine and the peak area in 0.0468 ~ 4.2287μg (r = 0.9999). The recovery rate was 98.7% with RSD = 1.21. Conclusion: The method is accurate, the recovery rate and reproducibility are good, and it can be used for the quality control of QGL capsule.
