目的按照石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪测定全血铅的方法,通过两种不同的标准曲线制作方法对质控样测定结果比较,找出恰当的方法进行实验室质量控制盲样测定,确保血铅质量控制盲样和血铅样本的检测结果准确可靠。方法按WS/T 174-1999酸脱蛋白-石墨炉原子吸收光谱法[1]。结果按照取用两种不同浓度质控标准物质,用纯水复原后进行标准曲线的制作方法测定全血铅质控盲样,方法线性关系好,检出限为5μg/L,加标回收率在92.00%~105.00%,质控盲样的检测相对误差能有效控制在1.77%~3.54%。用该方法测定实验室质量控制考核血铅盲样结果准确可靠。结论该方法简便、快速、准确,能合理应对实验室质量控制盲样考核,确保血铅质控盲样和血铅样本的检测结果准确可靠。
