用膨胀仪和X射线衍射仪对铬锰氮双相(M+A)不锈钢过冷奥氏体在Ms点附近的热稳定性进行了定量研究。结果表明,0Cr13Mn8N钢在Ms点附近等温停留时出现显著的热稳定化现象,在170℃和100℃等温停留所引起的奥氏体增加量最大值分别达到20.2%和11.1%。
The dilatometer and X-ray diffractometer were used to quantitatively study the thermal stability of the undercooled austenite of chromium-manganese-nitrogen duplex (M + A) stainless steel near the Ms point. The results show that 0Cr13Mn8N steel shows significant thermal stabilization during the isothermal residence near Ms, and the maximum increase of austenite at 170 ℃ and 100 ℃ is 20.2% and 11.1% respectively.
