以过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)为引发剂,采用熔融共混法制备马来酸酐接枝聚乳酸(PLA-gMAH)用于增容改性聚乳酸/细菌纤维素复合物.红外分析证实MAH成功地接枝于PLA主链上.当DCP质量分数为0.6%时接枝率达到最大.将制备的PLA-g-MAH添加于PLA/BC中制备复合材料.利用SEM、DSC、TGA、维卡测试仪和万能拉力试验机分别表征测试了PLA/BC/PLA-g-MAH的形貌、结晶性质、热稳定性、维卡软化点和力学性能.结果表明,添加2%的PLA-g-MAH时制备出的PLA/BC复合材料的耐热性和拉伸强度均有所提高.
Maleic anhydride grafted polylactic acid (PLA-gMAH) was prepared by compatibilization with dicumyl peroxide (DCP) as a compatibilizer to compatibilize poly (DL-lactic acid) / bacterial cellulose composites. Infrared analysis confirmed MAH successfully grafted on the main chain of PLA.When the mass fraction of DCP was 0.6%, the grafting rate reached the maximum.The prepared PLA-g-MAH was added to PLA / BC to prepare the composite.Using SEM, DSC, TGA, Vicat tester and universal tensile tester were used to characterize the morphology, crystalline properties, thermal stability, Vicat softening point and mechanical properties of PLA / BC / PLA-g-MAH.The results showed that the addition of 2% PLA- The heat resistance and tensile strength of PLA / BC composites prepared with g-MAH increased.
