利用行为改变的跨理论模式,结合篮球教学的目的,设计出相关的调查问卷,以了解学生教学前的篮球活动情况,指出对处于无意图期和意图期的学生主要采用意识提升、情感唤起、环境再评价、自我再评价和社会解放的认知性的干预策略;对处于准备期、行动期和维持期的学生主要采用自我解放、增强管理、情景替代、刺激控制和援助关系的行为性改变策略,再通过篮球教学后篮球运动行为改变情况的调查,检验其干预策略的有效性,以更好地促进篮球运动习惯的形成。
Based on the cross-theoretical model of behavioral change and the purpose of basketball teaching, relevant questionnaires were designed to understand the basketball activities of students before teaching, and pointed out that students who are in the unintended periods and intentions mainly use awareness raising, emotional arousal, Environmental reevaluation, self-reevaluation and social emancipation. Students in the period of preparation, operation and maintenance mainly adopt behavioral changes of self-liberation, enhancement of management, scenario replacement, stimulation control and assistance relationship Strategy, and then through the basketball teaching behavior changes in basketball survey to test the effectiveness of their intervention strategies to better promote the formation of basketball habits.
