本文是对革兰氏阴性菌沙门氏菌脂多糖、化学合成的大肠杆菌型类脂A,以及类脂A部分结构如406成份和脂X诱导人单核细胞产生白细胞介素1(IL-1)的功能的研究报道.类脂A部分结构对脂多糖或类脂A的协同刺激实验表明,无活性的406成份和类脂X具有抑制脂多糖或类脂A介导的IL-释放功能.其抑制效应与类脂A部分结构的剂量明显相关.时相效应和胞浆内IL-1β合成的研究表明,类脂A部分结构介导的抑制作用涉及细胞浆内IL-1蛋白分
