目的研究番茄红素对慢性酒精中毒小鼠肝损伤的保护作用,探索其发挥保护作用的机制。方法建立小鼠慢性酒精中毒模型,以番茄红素灌胃治疗,并建立对照组。通过比较各组小鼠整体外观、组织形态变化以及各组小鼠肝脏匀浆中谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)等指标的变化情况,分析番茄红素对慢性酒精中毒肝脏的治疗作用。结果番茄红素对小鼠营养状态、应激能力等有所提升,可以降低肝组织AST、ALT活力,并减少肝脏脂肪变性。结论番茄红素对慢性酒精中毒肝损伤有保护作用。
Objective To study the protective effect of lycopene on liver injury induced by chronic alcoholism in mice and to explore its protective mechanism. Methods The model of chronic alcoholism in mice was established, treated with lycopene gavage, and the control group was established. Through the comparison of the appearance, histological changes and the change of AST and ALT in the liver homogenates, the effect of lycopene on the treatment of chronic alcoholism liver effect. Results Lycopene on mice nutritional status, stress and other improvements, can reduce liver AST, ALT activity, and reduce hepatic steatosis. Conclusion Lycopene has a protective effect on chronic alcoholic liver injury.
