Commissioned by the Hebei Provincial Science and Technology Commission, Handan Prefecture Science and Technology Commission on November 25, 1986 invited experts and professors and scientific and technological personnel of relevant scientific research units and tertiary institutions in Handan City on the “apple tree leaf disease prevention and control technology” were identified.
