从黄腐酸含量较高的巩县风化煤中萃取和提纯得到灰分很低的纯黄腐酸。在乙醇-乙酸乙酯溶剂体系中进行分级溶解取得了不同分子量的黄腐酸级分。化学与光谱数据表明各级分的结构特征与含有的官能团大体相似。各级分的分子量与C,H原子比和E_4/E_6有密切联系,随着分子量的增加,黄腐酸的分子复杂性或芳香度也增加。与土壤黄腐酸和水下沉积物中的黄腐酸相比,风化煤黄腐酸含有较多的自由基。此外,本工作还对黄腐酸中的几条红外吸收光谱带与结构联系起来作了解释和说明。
Extracting and purifying the coal from Gongxian weathered coal with high humic acid content to obtain pure fulvic acid with very low ash content. Fractional dissolution in an ethanol-ethyl acetate solvent system yielded fulvic acid fractions of different molecular weights. The chemical and spectral data show that the structural features of the various fractions are generally similar to the functional groups contained. The molecular weight of each fraction is closely related to the atomic ratio of C, H and E_4 / E_6. The molecular complexity or aromaticity of fulvic acid also increases with the increase of molecular weight. Weathered coal fulvic acid contains more free radicals compared to fulvic acid in soil and sediment in water. In addition, this work also explain and explain several IR absorption bands in fulvic acid.
