以攀枝花钒钛磁铁矿的金属化球团为对象;对金属化物料的细磨进行了试验研究。金属化物料在碎磨过程中必然形成的并夹杂有钒钛的铁鳞片是影响铁与钒钛难于充分解离的主要因素。根据铁鳞片的受力分析,探讨了有效地消除其影响的途径,即较低的磨机转速率、大的球荷比表面积和多段磨矿流程。对“棒磨+球磨”流程进行了试验,效果良好。
The metallized pellets of Panzhihua vanadium-titanium magnetite are taken as the object. The fine grinding of the metallized material is studied. Metallized materials in the crushing process is bound to form and mixed with vanadium and titanium scales is the iron and vanadium titanium difficult to fully dissociate the main factors. According to the analysis of the force of the iron flake, the ways to effectively eliminate the influence of the iron flake are discussed, that is, the lower mill rotation rate, the larger ball-to-bulb surface area and the multi-stage grinding process. The “rod mill + ball mill” process was tested, the effect is good.
