灌水次数对强筋小麦品种产量及品质的效应研究

  摘要 [目的]探討不同灌溉次数对小麦子粒产量、子粒营养品质和子粒加工品质的影响。[方法]采用两因素裂区试验设计,主区为灌水次数(3个水平),副区为品种(2个水平),共6个处理,重复3次。灌水次数为:W0全生育期不浇水;W1全生育期浇1水(拔节水);W2全生育期浇2水(拔节水+开花水)。小麦品种分别为郑麦7698和新麦26。[结果]灌水次数对强筋小麦品种产量的影响不尽相同,但总体趋势基本一致,即随灌水次数的增加,产量水平逐渐增加,并达显著差异水平。郑麦7698产量W1和W2极显著高于W0,且W1高于W2,但差异不显著。新麦26产量W2极显著高于W1和W0,W1和W0之间无显著差异。灌水次数对不同品种蛋白质含量的影响不同;新麦26的蛋白质含量各灌水处理间无显著差异;郑麦7698蛋白质含量随灌水次数的增加呈逐渐升高的趋势,W2高于W1、W0,并达极显著差异水平,W1又高于W0,但没有达到显著差异。随着灌水次数的增加,湿面筋含量呈逐渐降低的趋势。郑麦7698湿面筋含量W0和W1极显著高于W2,W0和W1间无显著差异;新麦26湿面筋含量各灌水处理间无显著差异。稳定时间表现,郑麦7698的W2 显著高于W0和W1,W0和W1间无显著差异;新麦26的 W0显著高于W1和W2,W1和W2之间无显著差异。[结论]该研究可为我国黄淮麦区小麦的高产、优质、高效生产提供理论科学依据。

  Abstract [Objective] The aim was to study the effects of different irrigation times on yield, nutritional quality and processing quality of grains. [Method] The split plot design on two factors was used to design 6 treatment, repeated 3 times, the main plot was irrigation times, and the secondary polt was cultivars. Irrigation times were as follows: W0, no irrigation at the whole stage; W1, irrigating only once at the jointing stage; W2, irrigating twice at the jointing and flowering stages. Wheat cultivar was Zhengmai 7698 and Xinmai 26. [Result] Irrigation times had different effects on yield of the strong gluten wheat cultivar, but the tendency was consistent basically in a whole, namely, with the rising of irrigation times, the yield level increased gradually, and reached the significant difference level. The yield of Zhengmai 7698 of W1 and W2 was very significantly higher than that of W0,and W1 was higher than W2, but their difference was no significant. The yield of Xinmai 26 of W2 was very significantly higher than that of W1 and W0, but there was no significant difference between W1 and W0. Irrigation times had different effects on the protein content of the two wheat cultivars; that of Xinmai 26 had no significant difference among three treatments; that of Zhengmai 7698 showed rising tendency with irrigation times increasing, and W2 was very significantly higher than that of W1 and W0 and W1 was higher than W0, but they had no significantly difference. With the irrigation times increasing, the wet gluten content showed decreasing tendency. The wet gluten content of Zhengmai 7698 of W0 and W1 was very significantly higher than that of W2, while they were no significantly difference between W0 and W1; the wet gluten content of Xinmai 26 had no significantly difference among the three treatments. From setting time, the W2 of Zhengmai 7698 was significantly higher than W0 and W1, while they were no significantly difference between W0 and W1; the W0 of Zhengmai 7698 was significantly higher than W1 and W2, while they were no significantly difference between W1 and W2. [Conclusion] The study provides a theoretical and scientific basis for high yield, good quality and high efficient production of wheat in Huang-huai wheat region of China.

摘要 基于5个气象站点30年气象观测资料和近10年的水资源数据,运用数理统计方法分析了石羊河流域水资源特征,结果表明,1981~2010年石羊河流域增暖明显,上游年降水量显著减少,石羊河主干流径流量呈季节性变化;地下水位趋深,北部荒漠地区持续下降;水资源总量以0.880 9亿m3/a的速度减少,且对降水的敏感度明显高于对温度的反映,水资源开发利用形势非常严峻。  关键词 石羊河流域;气候变化;水资
