煤矿供电系统运行时,由于电缆网络上短路,能发生火炎。短路电拦可在破损处由电弧点燃,甚至在保护护装置动作过程中也能使电缆燃烧起来。现有的电缆试验方法是以喷灯对试验电缆喷火的作用为基础,加不十分完善地仿弧光短路点燃电缆的方法。这种方法鉴别防火性时,容许根据试验电缆长度放长火焰,但在运行的条件下,这可引起火灾。为提高供电系统的防火性,马凯耶夫煤矿安全工作科学研究所人员研究出:在弧光短路状态下的电缆试验方法。
Coal mine power supply system operation, due to short-circuit the cable network, can occur fire. The short circuit bar can be ignited by the arc at the point of breakage and can even burn the cable during the action of the protective shield. The existing cable test method is based on the effect of torch on the test cable fire, plus not very perfect imitation arc short circuit ignition method. In order to improve the fire resistance of the power supply system, Magayev Coal Mine Safety Institute of Science and Technology researchers developed a cable test method in the arc short-circuit state.
