金陵饭店施工测量的任务面广量大,由于饭店座落在闹市区,周围建筑密集,现场场地较小,施工测量受到限制。如何将塔楼的基础轴线准确地引测到百米以上,并保证各层对应的轴线位于同一竖直面,关键在于选择仪器和使用的方法。本工程塔楼高110米,根据现场特点,未采用高精密仪器,仅用一台南京测绘仪器厂生产的普通J_6经纬仪,用传统的投点法测设各层楼面中心轴线并控制竖向偏差。为确保质量,同时也采用吊线锤投测轴线的方法加以比较和检校。经竣工验收,竖向偏差在±6.2毫米以内,满足《钢筋混凝土高层建
Jinling Hotel has a wide range of tasks for construction surveys. Because the restaurant is located in downtown, the surrounding buildings are dense and the site is small, construction measurement is limited.
