我厂过去采用锤上胎模锻方法锻造圆锥滚子轴承内圈,劳动强度大,人员多,需七八个人围着汽锤来回搬动几十斤重的锻模,又热又累,既不安全,产品质量又不能保证。工人要求对这种笨重的锻造方法进行改革。我们组成“三结合”的改革小组,首先对7813内圈进行扩孔辗压试验。经多次试验,成功地锻出了7813内圈。生产实践证明:扩孔辗压比胎模锻有生产效率高、模具耗损少、材料利用率高、成本低、质量好、
