在适当的酸度下，利用盐酸普鲁卡因与硫氰酸钴铵形成稳定的离子对缔合物。通过测定其中金属离子钴，来间接测定盐酸普鲁卡因的含量。研究了该离子对缔合物的形成及其萃取条件。采用国产摄谱仪进行测定．数理统计结果表明，本法对实际样品的测定结果与药典法无显著性差异。
With appropriate acidity, procaine hydrochloride and cobalt ammonium thiocyanate are used to form stable ion-pair complexes. Indirect determination of procaine hydrochloride content was performed by measuring the metal ion cobalt. The formation of the ion-pair complex and its extraction conditions were studied. Using domestic spectrograph for determination. The results of mathematical statistics show that there is no significant difference between this method and the pharmacopoeia in the actual samples.
