针对按理论方法开展维修保障系统设计的复杂性及由此导致难以工程实现的问题,提出了以带有包容性的典型修理事件解释具体的能力要求、对新的设计的合理性进行了论证、并给出了修理事件确定的方法、并提供了维修保障资源确定的新方法,最后以完成典型修理事件所需的各种保障资源作为维修保障系统设计的方法,可有效解决舰船装备维修保障系统工程设计的有关难题。方法简单,不仅分析计算的工作量很小,时间短,而且不需要丰富的数据积累为支撑。在数据积累比较匮乏的情况下,可以完成维修保障系统的设计,为系统的建设提供决策依据。可以有效解决目前舰船维修保障系统的设计问题,应用前景广阔。
In view of the complexity of the design of maintenance support system by theoretical methods and the resulting problems that are difficult to be achieved, this paper proposes to explain the specific capability requirements with inclusive and typical repair events, and to demonstrate the rationality of the new design. At the same time, a new method to determine the repair event is given, and a new method to determine the resources for the maintenance and repair is provided. Finally, taking all kinds of safeguard resources required for the typical repair event as the method of maintenance and assurance system design, System engineering design related problems. The method is simple, not only the workload of analysis and calculation is small, time is short, but also does not need rich data accumulation as support. In the case of the lack of data accumulation, we can complete the design of the maintenance support system and provide the basis for the decision-making of the system construction. Can effectively solve the current ship maintenance and support system design issues, broad application prospects.
