运用含人e珠蛋白基因序列的重组质粒Pe1.3的BamHI/EcoRI1.3kb片段作为探针,研究了中国人e珠蛋白基因5’侧序列中HincⅡ位点的多态性。在38条染色体中,观察到HincⅡ能产生3.7kb和8.0kb片段的杂交带,出现3.7kb片段的频率为84.6%,所出现的基因型有3.7kb/3.7kb型和3.7kb/8.0kb型。
Using the BamHI / EcoRI1.3kb fragment of recombinant plasmid Pe1.3 containing the human e-globin gene sequence as a probe, the polymorphism of the HincII site in the 5 ’side of the Chinese e-globin gene was studied. Among the 38 chromosomes, HincII was found to produce hybridization bands of 3.7 kb and 8.0 kb, with a 3.7 kb fragment frequency of 84.6%, genotypes of 3.7 kb / 3.7 kb and 3.7 kb / 8.0 kb .
