用复方山莨菪碱涂剂涂于兔耳前动脉处皮肤，用血管多普勒测定涂药前后的血流速度。结果显示：涂药后局部动脉血流速度显著减慢，血管扩张。应用于１００例静脉血管状况不良者，并做了涂药前后对比，涂药后局部皮肤发红及静脉充盈例数显著增加；穿刺时疼痛明显例数显著减少，一次穿刺成功例数显著增加。本法运用于静脉血管条件差或寒冷季节血管显露不佳而需做静脉穿刺者。
Compound Anisodamine paints were applied to the skin of rabbits’ anterior ear artery, and the blood flow velocity before and after application was measured by blood vessel Doppler. The results showed that: after application of local arterial blood flow was significantly slowed, vasodilation. Applied to 100 cases of venous insufficiency, and made contrast before and after the application of local skin redness after application and a significant increase in the number of venous filling; puncture pain significantly reduced the number of cases, the number of successful cases of a puncture increased significantly. This method is used in venous poor or cold season blood vessels revealed poor and need to do venipuncture.
