本实验选用新西兰大白兔23只,分为激素治疗组8只,激素加氯苯丁酯治疗组8只,对照组7只。治疗后6周结果发现,激素治疗组血胆固醇和甘油三脂明显增加,而加用氯苯丁酯组血胆固醇和甘油三脂增加明显受抑制。激素治疗组出现脂肪肝,股骨头骨细胞内出现脂滴,并使细胞核受压,核固缩,甚至核消失。而激素加氯苯丁酯组肝细胞基本正常。股骨头骨细胞亦基本正常,细胞内未发现脂滴。表明通过氯苯丁酯的降血脂作用,可以改善激素所致的脂质代谢紊乱,从而抑制其对股骨头骨细胞的损害。
In this study, 23 New Zealand white rabbits were selected and divided into hormone therapy group (n = 8), hormone plus chlorpheniramine treatment group (n = 8) and control group (n = 7). After 6 weeks of treatment, it was found that the blood cholesterol and triglyceride were significantly increased in the hormone therapy group, while the increase of blood cholesterol and triglyceride in the chlorphenylephrine group was significantly inhibited. Hormone therapy group showed fatty liver, lipid droplets in the femoral skull cells, and the nuclear compression, nuclear pyknosis, and even nuclear disappear. The addition of chlorpheniramine hormone group of liver cells were normal. Femur skull cells were also normal, no intracellular lipid droplets found. The results showed that the hypocholesterolemic effect of chlorpheniramine could improve the disorder of lipid metabolism caused by hormone and thus inhibit its damage to the femoral head bone cells.
