用地高辛标记的寡核苷酸探针进行RNA缝隙杂交,观察了束缚应激不同阶段的BALB/c小鼠脾内TrkC mRNA表达水平的变化。结果显示脾内TrkC mRNA于应激8h时表达明显增加,而于4和12h时均有不同程度的降低。提示NT-3/TrkC系统在应激引起的神经-免疫系统相互调节中起一定作用。
Digoxigenin-labeled oligonucleotide probes were used for RNA gap hybridization, and the changes of TrkC mRNA expression in BALB / c mice at different stages of restraint stress were observed. The results showed that the expression of TrkC mRNA in spleen significantly increased at 8h, but decreased to some extent at 4 and 12h. It is suggested that NT-3 / TrkC system plays a role in the stress-induced neuro-immune system regulation.
