为了解决煤矿带式输送机系统远程运输中的信息传输和控制问题,设计了基于Profibus现场总线的带式输送机远程控制系统。该系统以S7-300PLC为控制核心,负责系统程序的逻辑运算和部分外围传感信息的采集;ET200M为远程I/O,负责带式输送机远端信息的采集和远程设备的控制;S7-300和ET200M之间通过高速率的Profibus进行相互通信。该系统不仅节省了电缆投资,减少了带式输送机沿线岗位工的数量,而且提高了运输效率,起到了减员提效的目的,有利于打造本质安全型矿井。
In order to solve the problem of information transmission and control in the remote transportation of coal belt conveyor system, a remote control system of belt conveyor based on Profibus field bus was designed.
