本文从科学史的角度考察了“裂纹技术”的思维历史:我国古代防止裂纹导致脆性断裂的实践与认识;我国古代利用裂纹实现脆断的实践与认识,从A.A.Griffith理论到现代的裂纹理论和裂纹技术。着重指出我国古代丰富的裂纹技术实践同现代先进的裂纹理论相结合,提供了诞生这门新技术的条件。从理论上说,它将发展成为断裂力学应用研究的一个新的分支;从实践上说,也必将构成一个新的材料加工技术领域。
This paper examines the thinking history of “crack technology” from the point of view of history of science: the practice and understanding of preventing cracks from causing brittle fracture in ancient China; the practice and understanding of using brittle cracks in ancient times in our country; from AAGriffith theory to modern crack theory and Crack technology. It is emphasized that the combination of ancient crack technology practice in our country with modern advanced crack theory provides the conditions for the birth of this new technology. In theory, it will develop into a new branch of applied fracture mechanics; in practice, it will also constitute a new field of material processing technology.
