一九七四年西德爱协林公司用氨中加入含CO_2的气氛(CO_2或放热式气氛)的方法成功地进行了氮化,称之为NITROC法。这种方法具有氮化速度快、渗层脆性小、燃烧产物无毒、设备简单、节省氨气、成本低廉等一系列优点。此后,包括我国在内的许多国家对这种氮化气氛的作用原理、渗层组织、结构和性能、工艺参数等进行了试验研究,并且取得了很多成果。
In 1974, West Germany Love Hoe Lin company with ammonia in the atmosphere containing CO_2 (CO_2 or exothermic atmosphere) method of successful nitriding, known as the NITROC method. This method has a series of advantages of high nitriding speed, small brittleness of infiltration layer, non-toxic combustion products, simple equipment, saving ammonia and low cost. Since then, many countries, including our country, have carried out experimental research on the working principle of this nitriding atmosphere, the structure of infiltrated layers, the structure and properties, the technological parameters and so on. Many achievements have been made.
