An all-fiber narrow-linewidth dual-wavelength laser based on stimulated Brillouin scattering has been fabricated with a wavelength of 0.06 nm, an output power of 4.5 W and an optical-to-optical conversion efficiency of 50%. The comparison of its spectral characteristics, power output characteristics and coherence with single-wavelength narrow-linewidth fiber lasers shows that the dual-wavelength fiber lasers have the similar power output characteristics as single-wavelength fiber lasers. The same is true for narrow linewidth dual-wavelength fiber lasers Has good coherence. In the maximum power output, far-field interference fringe contrast of 80%. The narrow linewidth dual-wavelength fiber laser can be used for beam coherent synthesis.
