患者女性,24岁,因尿黄、眼黄半个月来我院就诊。肝功能:总胆红质4.1 mg/dl、直接胆红质2.3 mg/dl、ALT 500 U、T.T.T 8 U。诊断为急性黄疸型肝炎、于1987—5—11开始,每隔一日,服用自采新鲜“茵陈”两株,泡茶饮暇后无不适感。5～18,又采新鲜“茵陈”约350克,加水1000毫升,煎至约300毫升,当天服约150毫升后出现头晕、心悸,后自愈。5—20再次服用同量后出现头晕、恶心、胸闷、晕厥10余次,于当日下午5时入院。查体:营养发育中等,表情痛苦、精神萎糜、巩膜黄染、呼吸21次/分,血压13.3/8 kPa(100/60 mmHg)。心浊音界不扩大,心律不齐,心音强弱不等,心率140次
