气体氮化法虽然具备其它许多氮化方法所没有的优点,但是由于它的效率低,工作环境差,氨气的臭味熏人,因此不受人们欢迎。针对以上缺点,我们花了两年的时间从炉子结构上进行改进,终于克服了上述缺点,取得了较为满意的效果。我们工作的重点是解决炉子密封和炉压问题。创造了气体压力氮化的新工艺和新设备。我们认为气体氮化的关键是炉子的密封性问题,如果密封性差,想要建立炉内压力也是不可能
Although the gas nitriding method has many advantages that other nitriding methods do not have, it is unpopular because of its low efficiency, poor working environment and bad odor of ammonia gas.
