研究并实现了一种图像识别的铆钉自动尺寸检测系统,主要介绍了系统的工作流程和原理,给出了系统硬件组成,并在对CCD相机的采集图像清晰度评价函数分析基础上,提出了一种适合多种铆钉检测的自动调焦方法。通过对图像滤波处理、边缘检测算法的论证分析,建立了适合铆钉检测的图像特征提取方案,最后给出了系统主要功能界面。
Research and implementation of an automatic riveting size detection system for image recognition mainly introduces the workflow and principle of the system, and gives the hardware components of the system. Based on the analysis of the CCD image acquisition function, A kind of automatic focusing method suitable for a variety of rivets detection. Through the analysis of image filtering and edge detection algorithm, the image feature extraction scheme suitable for rivet detection is established. Finally, the main function interface of the system is given.
