RAⅡ及RA在体外均抑制Eca109及Eca109-CⅢ细胞的群体增殖;抑制其在双层软琼脂及琼脂板上的集落生成率;减少其在琼脂上集落内的细胞层次;在有人胚肺二倍体成纤维细胞作饲养层的球体培养中,两种药均使部分细胞形成角化珠结构,受两种药作用的细胞,在动物体内生长的瘤体减小,RAⅡ还使其生瘤率降低,但细胞形态无显著改变。
Both RAII and RA inhibited the proliferation of Eca109 and Eca109-CIII cells in vitro; inhibited the colony formation rate on double-layered soft agar and agar plates; reduced the level of cells in colonies on agar; and doubled in human embryos. In the sphere culture in which the fibroblasts are used as a feeder layer, both drugs form a keratinized bead structure in some cells, and the cells that are affected by both drugs decrease in tumor growth in the animals, and RAII also increases the tumorigenicity of the cells. Decreased but no significant change in cell morphology.
