由于熔模及型壳的强度以及耐火涂料涂挂等方面的原因,熔模精铸件的重量受到很大限制。我单位在84年和85年,利用普通熔模精铸工艺,两次成功地为某研究所生产了5件高质量要求的,毛坯重约60公斤、连同浇冒口达120公斤的大型熔模精铸件。 一、铸件结构及技术要求 该零件系重要受力件,材料为ZG35,要求按航空工业部部颁标准HB5001—73之Ⅰ类铸件指标检查验收化学成分及各项机械性能,并应用X光进行探伤检查。
