研究了 7个不同温度梯度对烟粉虱 (Bemisiatabaci)B生物型发育、存活和繁殖的影响。在 17℃时 ,烟粉虱从卵到成虫羽化需要 4 8 7天 ,而在 2 9℃则仅需要 13 9天。烟粉虱发育的最佳温度是 2 6℃ ,低温 (<2 0℃ )和过高的温度 (>32℃ )对烟粉虱发育有抑制作用。经线性回归分析 ,烟粉虱的发育起点温度约为 13℃ ,有效积温为2 6 3 8℃。烟粉虱在 2 0℃时 ,其成虫寿命和产卵量都是 32℃时 2倍多 ,单雌最高产卵量达到 2 0 8粒。烟粉虱的存活率以 2 6℃时最高 ,低温和高温对烟粉虱的存活率有负面影响。烟粉虱的内禀增殖率在 2 6℃和 2 9℃时较高 ,分别为 0 14 5 6和 0 14 70。所有数据显示 2 6℃是烟粉虱种群发育和繁殖的最佳温度。
The effects of seven different temperature gradients on the development, survival and reproduction of Bemisia tabaci B were studied. At 17 ℃, B. tabaci need 487 days to emerge from eggs to adults, while only 13 9 days at 29 ℃. The optimum temperature for the development of B. tabaci was 26 ℃. Low temperature (<20 ℃) and high temperature (> 32 ℃) inhibited the development of B. tabaci. By linear regression analysis, the starting temperature of Bemisia tabaci was about 13 ℃, and the effective accumulated temperature was 2636 ℃. At 20 ℃, the adult longevity and fecundity of Bemisia tabaci (GenBank) were more than two times higher than that of 32 ℃. The highest fecundity of females was 280. The survival rate of B. tabaci was the highest at 26 ℃, while the low temperature and high temperature had a negative impact on the viability of B. tabaci. The intrinsic rate of proliferation of B. tabaci was higher at 26 ℃ and 29 ℃, respectively, 0 14 5 6 and 0 14 70. All data show that 26C is the optimum temperature for B. tabaci population development and reproduction.
