用因果图进行故障诊断时,对基本事件重要度进行定量的分析,可以在故障早期定位故障源,制定合理有效的故障应对方案。在传统重要度的基础上,引入灰色关联理论,寻求重要度之间的数值关系,根据灰色关联度的大小,建立了基本事件的关联序。此方法描述了各重要度之间的弱相关性,能直观地反映基本事件引起中间事件发生故障的重要程度。实例结果表明此方法的引入是合理的。
When using the causality diagram to diagnose the fault, quantitative analysis of the importance of basic events can locate the fault source early in the fault and formulate a reasonable and effective fault response plan. On the basis of the traditional importance, the paper introduces the gray relational theory to seek the numerical relation between the importance degrees. According to the gray relational degree, the correlation order of basic events is established. This method describes the weak correlation between the degree of importance and can intuitively reflect the importance of the basic event in causing the intermediate event to fail. The example results show that the introduction of this method is reasonable.
