SMW工法系2005年度建筑部推广的10顶新技术之一,它具有施工快、无振动、无噪声、无泥浆污染、止水防水好等特点,是提高坑底抗隆起的有效措施,并能降低围护工程造价(较常用的钻孔排桩方法节省20%~30%的费用),符合国家倡导的节能、环保要求,具有较好的社会效益和经济效益。本文通过工程实例,介绍建筑工程的基坑支护设计的选择过程,并阐述了运用型钢水泥土搅拌墙(SMW工法)的设计和施工技术,使该工程达到了预期的施工质量及经济效益。
The SMW method is one of the 10 new technologies promoted by the Ministry of Construction in 2005. It has the characteristics of quick construction, no vibration, no noise, no mud pollution, good water-stopping and waterproofing, and is an effective measure to improve the anti-raising of pit bottom. Reduce the cost of building envelope (compared with the commonly used method of drilling row piles save 20% to 30% of the cost), in line with national advocacy of energy saving, environmental protection requirements, with good social and economic benefits. This paper introduces the selection process of foundation pit supporting design of construction project through engineering examples, and expounds the design and construction technology of using steel reinforced cement mixing wall (SMW method) to achieve the expected construction quality and economic benefits.
