通过对已有的装载机载重测量系统数学模型加以改造,建立起动臂液压缸压力与单变量动臂液压缸行程之间的函数关系式,在分析动臂举升角加速度对动态载重测量的影响规律后,指出采用区段测量方法实现载重测量的理论依据;同时指出随动臂举升速度的不同,动臂液压缸压力与其行程之间的关系曲线呈现出与举升速度成比例的平移关系,指出只有解决了载重测量对动臂举升速度的敏感性这一瓶颈问题,才能真正的实现动态性。通过对Akima光滑插值方法进行改进,使其能够进行速度平移补偿、插值计算和比例线性计算,能很好地解决上述问题,从而最终动态计算出物料的重量。试验结果表明Akima光滑插值方法良好的插值精度及插值光滑性,是得以实现较高载重测量精度的关键。

By improving the Akima smoothing interpolation method, it can solve the above problems by speed translation compensation, interpolation calculation and proportional linear calculation so that the material weight can be calculated dynamically. The experimental results show that the good interpolation accuracy and interpolation smoothness of the Akima smooth interpolation method are the keys to achieve higher load measurement accuracy.
