为了切实加强“两停一破”企业党组织建设和对党员的管理工作,使企业党的建设进一步适应深化企业改革的新形势,我省不少地方党组织结合本地、本单位的实际,在加强“两停一破”企业党的建设方面,进行了积极的探索,主要做法有:1.进行集中整治,下力量把班子建设好。“两停一破”企业要想走出困境,必须建起一个面对困难不退缩,勇于开拓进取的领导班子。为此,各地普遍对“两停一破”企业的领导班子进行考核,并采取四项措施进行了集中整治。一是对经营混乱,管理无方的企业领导班子,果断进行调整。二是选派工作组进行重点整顿和帮扶。藁城市从审计、国资、法院等部门抽调18名
