传统再生细骨料需水量大、强度低,较难利用,将废弃混凝土全部破碎成细骨料的全再生细骨料技术能有效提高再生细骨料性能。在前期研究基础上,进行了全再生细骨料对砂浆性能影响的研究。结果表明,在同样砂浆稠度的情况下,全再生细骨料砂浆的综合性能优于传统再生细骨料砂浆,与机制砂砂浆和河砂砂浆相近,可全取代机制砂或河砂用于制备砂浆;全再生细骨料具有较好的保水性能,用其配制砂浆时可较河砂和机制砂适当降低保水剂用量。
Traditional regenerated fine aggregates require large amount of water, low strength and harder to be used. The fully regenerated fine aggregate technology, which completely crushes the waste concrete into fine aggregates, can effectively improve the performance of regenerated fine aggregates. Based on the previous studies, the effect of fully regenerated fine aggregate on mortar properties was studied. The results show that with the same mortar consistency, the comprehensive performance of fully regenerated fine aggregate mortar is better than that of traditional regenerated fine aggregate mortar, similar to that of mechanized sand mortar and river sand mortar. Mortar; fully regenerated fine aggregate has better water retention capacity, with the preparation of mortar can be compared with river sand and sand appropriate to reduce the amount of water retaining agent.
