采用 Ce O2 和 La2 O3 的不同 加入方式 ,制备了 一系列 以 Ce O2 和 La2 O3 为助 剂的 低贵 金属含量三 效催化 剂. 用 X R D 和 X P S 对其 结构进 行了表征 ,并进行 了孔结构 测定. 测 试了样品 上 C O, C3 H6 和 N Ox 三效 转化的温 度转 化率曲线 和 S 值转 化率曲线 . 结 果表明: 以 机械 混合 加入 Ce O2和 La 2 O3 的样品抗 烧结性 能差,老 化后在 S≤1 区 的 N Ox 和 C3 H6 转化率明 显下降, 但起 燃温 度并不高; 以硝酸 盐水溶液 浸渍法 加入 Ce O2 和 La2 O3 的 样品, Ce 与 La 在样 品表 面均 能高 分散, 并可进入载 体 γ Al2 O3 内孔,均匀 地分布 在样品的 内外表 面,具有良 好的抗 烧结 性能; 以 La2 O3 粉 和浸渍法加 入 Ce O2 的 样品,分 散度也 较高, 这两 种 样品 老化 后 在 S≤1 区 的 N Ox 转 化 率较 高, 后 者的 N Ox 转化 的窗口宽 度优于 其它样品 ,催化性 能也优于 其它样 品. 对催 化剂 老化 前后 的结 构和 三效活性进 行了关 联和初步 讨论.
A series of low-content three-way catalysts with Ce O2 and La2 O3 as auxiliaries were prepared by different additions of Ce O2 and La2 O3. Its structure was characterized by X R D and X P S, and the pore structure was determined. The temperature-conversion curve and S-curve of the three-way conversion of C O, C3 H6 and N Ox on the samples were tested. The results show that the mechanical properties of samples sintered with Ce O2 and La 2 O3 are poor, and the conversion of N Ox and C3 H6 in S ≤ 1 area after aging is obviously decreased, but the ignition temperature is not high. The nitrite aqueous solution CeO2 and La2O3 samples by impregnation method, Ce and La can be highly dispersed on the sample surface, and can enter the carrier γ-Al2 O3 bore, evenly distributed on the inner and outer surfaces of the sample, has good sintering resistance; with La 2 O 3 powder and the impregnation method to CeO 2 samples, the dispersion was also higher. The N Ox conversion rate of S≤1 in the two samples after aging was higher than that in the other samples , The catalytic performance is also superior to other samples. The structure of the catalyst before and after aging and the three-way activity were associated and preliminary discussion.
