针对低渗透油田注入水深度处理技术的不足,研制了注水站用及井口注水用三级精细过滤器,其滤心的过滤原理是固定孔机械过滤,即通过滤心对杂质的直接拦截、扩散拦截和惯性碰撞,使杂质沉淀在滤材前面,达到过滤的目的。采用带内外支承体的折叠式滤心结构,滤心抗破坏能力强,有效过滤面积大,使用寿命长;采用玻璃纤维复合材料作为滤材,保证了过滤后的水水质达标,而且价格较低,很适合于低渗透油田的注入水深度处理。
