随着复合材料在飞机上的应用正在由次承力结构到主承力结构的扩展,长桁、梁等加强框也逐步采用复合材料。作为民机发动机吊挂的主承力件,研究了A形加强框采用复合材料RTM成型工艺可行性,对模具设计、材料铺层设计、注胶模拟、注胶口选择以及注胶参数优化等方面进行了研究,并完成了复杂结构件的机加工,最终研制出满足工艺要求的结构件。
With the application of composite materials on the aircraft is being expanded from the sub-load-bearing structure to the main load-bearing structure, the reinforced frame of stringers, beams and so on are gradually adopting composite materials. As the main load-bearing component of civil aircraft engine suspension, the feasibility of using RTM molding technology for A-shaped reinforced frame was studied. The mold design, material lay-up design, injection molding simulation, injection port selection and plastic injection parameters optimization The research has been done, and the machining of complex structural parts has been finished, finally the structural parts meeting the technical requirements have been developed.
